Terms of Service

Last updated 8 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Royalty Group LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Worth Bidding ("we", "us"). They govern your use of the worthbidding.com website and the email digest service. By starting a trial or subscribing, you accept them.

The short version. We email you government bid notices matched to the profile you give us. We do not decide who wins contracts and we cannot promise you will win any. You can cancel at any time from a link in the footer of every email, without contacting us. Everything we send is drawn from official government posting sites, and you should verify every deadline and requirement there before you rely on it.

1. What the service is

Worth Bidding monitors public government procurement sources, filters notices against the profile you supply — the states you serve, the type of work you do, your certifications, and the contract sizes you can staff — and emails you a scored daily digest of what appears relevant.

The current sources are the SAM.gov contract-opportunities export, the Texas Electronic State Business Daily, the California State Contracts Register (Cal eProcure), and a set of state and local open-data bid boards. We may add or remove sources as those systems change. If a source is unavailable when a digest is built, the digest tells you which one was skipped.

What the service is not

2. Verify before you rely on it

Every notice in a digest links to the buyer's own official posting. Deadlines, set-aside status, wage determinations, bonding requirements, and submission methods must be confirmed on that source page before you act. Where our summary and the official posting disagree, the official posting governs. We are not responsible for a missed deadline, a misread requirement, or a bid you did not win.

3. Your account and profile

You must give accurate information and keep it current — a profile that misstates your certifications or contract range produces a useless digest. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to the email address on it. One subscription covers one business.

4. Subscription, trial, and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Current published prices are $49, $149, and $399 per month depending on tier. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.

ItemHow it works
Free trial14 days. We collect your card at signup but do not charge it during the trial.
First chargeDay 15, unless you cancel first.
RenewalAutomatic, monthly, at the then-current price, until cancelled.
CancellingAny time, from the link in any digest footer. No phone call or email required.
StatementYour card statement will read WORTHBIDDING.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Charges already made are final and are not refunded, including for partial or unused months. The 14-day free trial exists so that you can evaluate the service before paying anything. Full details are on the billing and cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and if you do not accept it you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

The digests are licensed to you for your own business. You may not:

Sharing a digest internally with your own staff is fine.

The underlying notices are government records. Our selection, scoring, wording, and layout are ours, and are protected by copyright.

6. Availability

We aim to send every subscriber a digest each weekday morning, but we do not commit to a guaranteed uptime or delivery level. Sources go down, email providers delay messages, and infrastructure occasionally fails. A missed or delayed digest is not a breach of these terms.

7. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time, as described above. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails and stays unresolved, or if we discontinue the service. If we end your subscription for a reason other than your breach, we return the unused portion of the period you have already paid for — we do not keep money for a service we have chosen to stop providing.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts, lost bids, or lost business opportunity, even if we were told such damage was possible. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim against us arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or bids and contracts you pursue.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us consent to venue there. Before filing anything, email us — most disputes are a billing misunderstanding and get fixed the same day.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
