Billing & cancellation

Last updated 8 September 2026

Try it free for 14 days, then cancel in one click. You are not charged during the trial, so you can read two full weeks of real digests before any money changes hands. After that, every email we send carries a Manage or cancel your subscription link in its footer — no password, no phone call, no retention offer. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.

We do not offer refunds on completed charges. The free trial is there so you can decide before you pay. Please read the section below before you subscribe.

We email you a receipt for every charge. If your card is declined, Stripe retries over the following days and we email you — your digests keep arriving during that window, and we only stop the service if the payment stays unresolved.

Cancelling during the trial

Cancel at any point in the first 14 days and you are never charged anything. There is no fee for trying the service and no penalty for stopping. Your digests end when the trial period ends.

Cancelling a paid subscription

Cancel whenever you like. You will not be charged again, and you keep receiving digests through the end of the month you have already paid for — you have paid for that month, so you get all of it. We do not pro-rate or refund a partial month.

Because there are no refunds, the timing of your cancellation matters. Cancel before your renewal date and you are simply not billed again. Cancel the day after a renewal and you keep the service for that month, but the charge stands. Your renewal date is shown on your billing page at all times.

Three ways to cancel

  1. From any digest — the Manage or cancel your subscription link in the footer.
  2. From your billing page — the same link, saved from any earlier email.
  3. By email — write to support@worthbidding.com and we will cancel it for you. We will not ask you why or try to talk you out of it.

Refunds

All charges are final. We do not issue refunds for subscription fees, including partial months, unused periods, or months in which you did not open the digests. This applies to every plan.

We can state that plainly because you are never asked to pay before you have seen the product. The 14-day free trial delivers the same digests a paying subscriber gets, and cancelling during it costs nothing. If the service is not right for you, the trial is when to decide, and cancellation is one click from any email thereafter.

Billing errors are corrected, not refunded as a favor

A no-refund policy covers the service you bought. It does not cover our own mistakes. If we charge you twice for the same month, charge you after you cancelled, or charge a card that was never validly enrolled, that is a billing error and we reverse it in full on request. This is not a refund of fees you owed — it is a correction of money we took that we were not owed.

If you think a charge is wrong, email support@worthbidding.com before disputing it with your bank. We aim to reply within one business day and can usually resolve a genuine billing error the same day. A chargeback takes weeks and helps neither of us.

Where a reversal is due, it goes back to the original card through Stripe and typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
